Payment Options

Whether you plan to use insurance, auto benefits, or self- pay, we have options for you. Click on the best option for you.

MEDICARE

ARCIOM CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC IS A PARTICIPATING PROVIDER IN MEDICARE.

This means that Medicare will pay Eighty percent (80%) of the CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATION ONLY. The Twenty percent (20%) is to be paid by the patients supplemental or secondary or self if there is no supplemental or secondary. Medicare will cover spinal manipulation only IF they deem it “Medically Necessary”. Please note: Medicare only covers the cost (80%) of the adjustment. Medicare covers the chiropractic adjustment designed to help correct the vertebral subluxation during an active treatment plan.

Please note: Deductibles do apply to Both Medicare and the Supplemental. Our office will check to see what type of coverage you have.

AUTO

If you have been involved in an auto crash, you have the option of using your auto insurance, using your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits. In the state of Florida, you have Fourteen (14) days from the date of your crash to seek treatment with an MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and record your injury. You may use your PIP benefits as payment for your treatment, Policy explanations and Deductible Do Apply. Our office will check on these for you.

If you have an attorney representing you, we can work with them as well.

SELF-PAY

If we are not in-network with your insurance company, if you have a deductible that is considered catastrophic coverage, if you choose not to use your insurance, or if you are uninsured, or you choose a service that is not covered by your plan, you are considered SELF-PAY. For self-pay patients, we do offer a self-pay discount of 5% called “PAPERWORK REDUCTION SUPPORT”. To receive this discount, you will have to sign and agree to our policy stating that you understand that the Doctor and Staff will no longer be performing time and cost intensive paperwork procedures that are required with billing and medically necessary procedures to third party payers. What this means is: The doctors notes will not reflect to the needs of the insurance company and the office staff will not be submitting billing for payment on your behalf to your insurance company for reimbursement. These notes are typically not satisfactory for insurance reimbursement or court cases.

It is our goal to provide the highest quality of care at an affordable cost. We maintain this discount to be highly beneficial to self-paying patients and most patients whose insurance we are not in network with.
